Jamie is the Owner and Advanced Skincare Expert at Refine, bringing over 25 years of experience in professional skincare and clinical aesthetics. She specializes in problem skin, working with clients who experience acne, rosacea, redness, and signs of aging, and developing personalized treatment plans that deliver visible, lasting results.
Her advanced services include IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) therapy, laser hair removal, chemical peels, and customized corrective facials designed to restore balance and improve overall skin health. In addition to in-clinic treatments, Jamie offers personalized skin consultations to help clients build effective at-home skincare routines, ensuring continued progress and care beyond each appointment.
With a passion for helping others feel confident in their skin, Jamie has created Refine as a welcoming, results-driven space where professional expertise meets genuine care.

Erin is the Lead Makeup Artist at Refine, specializing in brow shaping, tinting, lash lifts, brow lamination, custom-blended foundations, and personalized makeup lessons. In addition to her artistry, Erin offers Refine’s signature facials — rejuvenating treatments designed to enhance natural radiance, improve skin texture, and provide a relaxing, restorative experience. Each facial is customized to meet individual skin needs, combining advanced techniques with high-quality products for visible, long-lasting results.
With over seven years of professional experience, Erin has honed her craft working with a diverse range of clients, helping each person celebrate their own unique beauty and confidence.

Bobbi
Bobbi is an experienced Aesthetician at Refine, known for her personalized approach to skincare and her commitment to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant complexions. She specializes in custom facials, carefully designed to address each client’s unique skin concerns through targeted treatments that cleanse, nourish, and rejuvenate.
Alongside her facial services, Bobbi offers limited waxing, including brows, underarms, and legs, providing smooth, meticulous results in a comfortable setting. She also integrates Celluma LED light therapy into her treatments — a soothing, non-invasive technology that supports skin healing, reduces inflammation, and enhances overall tone and texture.
With a calming presence and a passion for self-care, Bobbi creates a relaxing, results-driven experience that leaves clients feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for.

Nurse Natalie - Medical Aesthetics
Natalie advocates for a natural-looking, multi-faceted approach to non-surgical aesthetic treatments. She is passionate about educating her clients on the various medical aesthetic and skincare options available and developing a plan to rejuvenate their look. Natalie prides herself on making her clients feel comfortable, informed and completely satisfied with their results. She has been a Registered Nurse for 16 years.
