POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Due to the high demand for our services, we kindly require 48 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment longer than 1 hour.

For appointments 45 minutes or less, 24 hours' notice is required.

While we do our best to fill cancelled spots, it takes time to contact clients and await responses. Last-minute cancellations—particularly those made within 24 hours or the evening before—often do not allow sufficient time to rebook the slot.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations made with less than the required amount of notice or no-shows: These will incur a 100% charge of the service fee.

We understand that emergencies happen and will assess such situations on a case-by-case basis. However, no-shows and repeated last-minute cancellations will result in additional charges or changes to future booking privileges.

CREDIT CARD ON FILE:

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card information is stored securely following Jane Software's privacy and security policies. As outlined in our cancellation policy, we will only charge for late notice cancellations or no-show appointments.

CHILD ATTENDANCE POLICY:

For the safety and comfort of our clients, we ask that children not accompany you to your appointment unless they are old enough and mature enough to wait quietly and independently in the waiting room. Noise can be very disruptive to other clients who are coming in to relax and unwind from outside distractions. Infants and children may not attend appointments for lash lifts, where your eyes must remain closed, or any other medical aesthetic or laser treatment, as this goes against our liability coverage. The only exception to this policy is for infants who must attend short appointments, such as eyebrow wax. In these cases we can accommodate you at a time when there are no facials scheduled, and we ask that you kindly book with our front desk staff so we are aware of the situation.
