CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Please understand that to maintain the high standards of care we provide, we must strictly enforce our cancellation policy. We know life can be unpredictable, and schedules sometimes change unexpectedly. When you book an appointment, we reserve time specifically for you - this includes not only your provider's time but also the treatment room and the equipment within it. Since we often have a waitlist for services, giving as much notice as possible allows us to offer the time to others. If less than 24 hours' notice is given and we're unable to fill the spot, we will charge a percentage of appointment cost. In the case of a no-show, the full appointment cost will be charged. We understand emergencies happen, and in such cases, we assess the situation individually. However, repeated cancellations may result in further charges or adjustments to future bookings. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.

CHILD ATTENDANCE POLICY:

For the safety and comfort of our clients, we ask that children not accompany you to your appointment unless they are old enough and mature enough to wait quietly and independently in the waiting room. Noise can be very disruptive to other clients who are coming in to relax and unwind from outside distractions. Infants and children may not attend appointments for lash lifts, where your eyes must remain closed, or any other medical aesthetic or laser treatment, as this goes against our liability coverage. The only exception to this policy is for infants who must attend short appointments, such as eyebrow wax. In these cases we can accommodate you at a time when there are no facials scheduled, and we ask that you kindly book with our front desk staff so we are aware of the situation.
